Ingredients
- 1 x Wheel of Brie Cheese
- 1 to 2 table spoon honey
- 2 x Garlic clove
- 2 x tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 x orange zest
- Sea salt
- 4 x tbsp SUYA SPICE RUB
- Toasted bread or crackers your choice
Method
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Score the Brie in a criss-cross pattern across the top with a few deeper incisions. Place Brie in an oven safe dish.
- Slice Garlic and insert garlic into the deeper incisions, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with Sea Salt.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and bubbly.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a hot dry pan till golden and place into a bowl
- Zest the orange with a microplane into the same bowl
- Add the SUYA SPICE RUB and toss together
- Salt to taste
Plating
On a medium to large plater place the baked brie off centre and a smallish bowl besides, fill the bowl with your dukkha and scatter your toasted bread /crackers around.Enjoy!
