Ingredients
- 20g butter
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Mild Shito pepper sauce
- 1 cup of cooking cream
- 150g of cooked penne pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese and basil to serve
Directions
1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the butter, letting it melt
2. Add garlic to the pan and stir, add tomato paste, stir and cook off for 1 minute
3. Add Shito sauce and cream and stir to combine all the ingredients
4. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper
5. Serve immediately with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese for a delicious and speedy meal
Tips
- Choose your level of spice by using the medium or hot Shito sauce instead of the Mild
- Add other ingredients to suit your own taste, spinach, mixed veg, and fresh tomatoes
