Ingredients
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- Pinch of salt
- 1 head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 pumpkin, cut into cubes
- 1 lLarge tomato, deseeded and diced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs Coast of Gold Shito Mild
Directions
1. Boil: Add water to a large pot, bring to boil and stir in salt.
2. Simmer: Add pasta and stir. Continue to simmer and cook until it reaches your desired tenderness.
3. In a large frying pan or wok on medium heat, add 2 tbs of olive oil.
4. Add diced pumpkin and fry for about 3 mins.
5. Add broccoli and tomato and fry for 2 mins.
6. Add 2 tbs of Shito Mild Pepper Sauce and stir through for 2 mins.
7. The pasta and vegetables should be ready about the same time. Serve and enjoy.
